Yodeck Adds Salesforce, Google Reviews and Sign In App Integrations

Yodeck has released three new apps for its digital signage platform, along with a permissions change and expanded API access, according to the company's October 2026 release notes.

The update adds a Salesforce Sales Dashboard app that builds a sales dashboard directly from a connected Salesforce account without requiring anything to be built in Salesforce first. Users connect their account, pick a pipeline and set a revenue target, and Yodeck generates four views: Performance, Pipeline, Leaderboard and Efficiency. Yodeck says the existing Salesforce app, which displays dashboards already built in Salesforce, remains available separately. The new dashboard app is limited to Premium, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans.

For businesses that want customer feedback on screen, a Google Reviews app pulls ratings from a Google Business Profile, with filtering by star rating and timeframe and a choice of three display themes. Yodeck says reviews refresh automatically. This one is available on all plans, making it the most broadly accessible addition in this release.

A third app integrates with Sign In App, showing live check-in data such as expected visitors and people currently signed in, broken out by site and group. According to Yodeck, a single connection can cover multiple sites, and screens can be filtered by group, for example employees, visitors or deliveries. This app is limited to Premium, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans. It's aimed squarely at office lobbies, reception areas and corporate campuses rather than retail or QSR deployments.

Permissions and API changes

Outside the new apps, Yodeck has split Media and Apps permissions within Custom Roles. Previously these appear to have been managed together; now each has its own view, create, edit and delete controls. Yodeck says this lets a content team manage media files without being able to touch the apps that pull in live data. Existing roles are unaffected by the change. This is an Enterprise and Enterprise Plus feature, found under Account settings > Custom Roles.

The release also opens up App Gallery functionality to Yodeck's API. Developers can now create, configure and assign apps to screens programmatically, with support listed for Ticker, QR Code, Date and Time, Custom RSS and Weather (daily, hourly and current). The release notes do not say whether the three new apps announced in this same update, Salesforce, Google Reviews and Sign In App, are included in that API support, so operators planning automated deployments should check the API documentation directly before assuming coverage.

For operators already running Yodeck at multiple sites, the permissions split is likely the more consequential change day to day, since it affects who on staff can alter live data feeds versus who can just swap out media files.
