Visual Art Signs Global Framework Deal With Circle K

Visual Art, a subsidiary of Swedish digital signage group Vertiseit, has signed a global framework agreement with Circle K Procurement and Brands Limited covering digital in-store systems at Circle K service stations worldwide. The deal runs until October 31, 2028, according to the announcement.
The agreement matters because it sets the stage for a much larger rollout. Visual Art currently supplies digital in-store technology to about 2,500 of Circle K's roughly 14,000 service stations globally. The company says the framework agreement contains no volume guarantees, so there is no commitment from Circle K to expand beyond the current footprint. What it does provide is a standing structure, covering a software platform, concept development and communications support, that Circle K can draw on to bring digital signage to additional locations without renegotiating terms market by market.
For operators and integrators watching the QSR and convenience retail space, this is a signal of how large multi-market retailers are consolidating vendor relationships rather than running separate contracts per region. Visual Art has worked with Circle K in the Nordics for about a decade, and the relationship has since spread into other parts of Europe and, more recently, North America. A single global framework agreement suggests Circle K wants one technology partner and one commercial structure to manage as it considers further digital signage deployment, rather than a patchwork of regional deals.
The announcement does not specify what hardware is involved, deployment timelines for any expansion, or contract value. It also does not name which markets might be prioritized next.
Vertiseit acquired Visual Art in 2024, combining it with Nordic digital signage software providers Dise and Grassfish under one group. Pontus Meijer, CEO of Visual Art, said the agreement marks a step toward the company becoming "an established global player" beyond its European base in QSR and convenience retail, according to the release.
