VIOOH Adds Screenverse Inventory to US Programmatic DOOH Platform
2026-08-25 · via DailyDOOH
VIOOH has struck a partnership with Screenverse that puts the DOOH operator's US inventory onto VIOOH's programmatic supply-side platform. For media buyers, it means one more route to plan and activate campaigns across Screenverse's network without negotiating placements manually.
According to the announcement, the deal gives programmatic buyers access to more than 38,000 digital screens across the US, generating over 7.7 billion monthly impressions. Screenverse's inventory spans retail, residential, office, transit, entertainment and healthcare environments, and is available in major markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington D.C., Dallas-Fort Worth and Philadelphia.
For operators and venue owners running Screenverse screens, the integration is mostly a back-end change: their inventory becomes buyable through VIOOH's programmatic pipes alongside whatever other platforms Screenverse already works with. The companies frame this as additive rather than exclusive. Screenverse's Montana Accavallo, senior vice president of programmatic and client strategy, said the integration is meant to complement existing platform relationships rather than replace them, and that the goal is to make Screenverse inventory available through all the pathways clients prefer to buy.
Gavin Wilson, VIOOH's global chief commercial officer, said the partnership strengthens VIOOH's position in the US programmatic DOOH market, which he called one of the most important globally. That framing matters because VIOOH, which grew out of JCDecaux's programmatic ambitions, has been building out US supply partnerships to compete with rivals like Vistar Media, Place Exchange and Broadsign's own programmatic offerings. Adding a network with national reach and a stated 38,000 screens is a meaningful scale claim, though the release does not break down how many screens fall into each vertical (retail versus transit versus healthcare, for instance).
What the announcement does not say is any detail on pricing, revenue share, or exclusivity terms between VIOOH and Screenverse. It also does not specify whether this covers all of Screenverse's inventory or a subset, nor does it name other programmatic platforms Screenverse already integrates with, despite referencing "existing platform relationships."
For buyers, the pitch is standard programmatic language: precision targeting, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. For screen operators and network owners watching the consolidation of DOOH supply paths, the deal is another data point showing that scale and multi-platform availability, rather than exclusivity to a single SSP, is becoming the norm for premium US DOOH inventory.
