ViewSonic Opens London Solutions Hub for Signage Partners

2026-10-23 · via DailyDOOH

ViewSonic has opened a Solutions Hub in London, a physical space where integrators, consultants and end users can see its displays working alongside partner technology before they specify a project. For operators evaluating new estates, it is another example of a display manufacturer trying to own the pre-sale conversation rather than just supplying hardware to an integrator's own demo room.

The Hub brings together a stack of named partners rather than ViewSonic components alone. Q-SYS handles control, content and audio across the space. NowSignage supplies the content management system. B-Tech AV Mounts has done the physical mounting. The wider ecosystem listed includes GH Networks, Merseyside Paper Supplies and Dalen's Top-Tec brand, plus NovaStar, BrightSign, Lindy and Shure covering processing, signage playback, connectivity and audio.

That is a broad partner list for a single showroom, and it signals ViewSonic's strategy in the UK: position itself as the hub of an ecosystem rather than a standalone display vendor competing purely on panel specification. Ian Wedgewood, commercial director UK at ViewSonic, is quoted saying the starting point is understanding what a customer wants to achieve rather than choosing a display first, and that the Hub exists to have those conversations and bring the right expertise together.

Beyond demonstrations, ViewSonic says the space will host consultancy sessions, training, panel discussions, industry events and workshops for customers, partners and the wider technology community. Adam Kingshott, UK and Ireland marketing manager, frames it as a place to bring in a problem or an ambition and work through a solution with ViewSonic's team, rather than a straightforward specification-and-price transaction.

Sustainability also gets a mention. ViewSonic says it is building sustainability into its value chain, covering lower-carbon product design, renewable energy use, supply chain responsibility, employee development and community impact, and that the company achieved an EcoVadis Gold rating in 2026.

What the announcement does not say is where exactly in London the Hub is located, how large the space is, or which specific ViewSonic display lines are on show. There is also no detail on whether other integrators or CMS vendors outside this named list can get their own products demonstrated there, or whether the Hub charges for bookings. For operators and integrators in the UK market, the practical takeaway is that there is now a dedicated venue to see ViewSonic hardware running live with NowSignage CMS and Q-SYS control rather than relying on spec sheets or a trade show booth.

ViewSonic has opened its London Solutions Hub, a dedicated space for integrators, consultants, and end users to compare and develop technology offerings with ViewSonic and its partners

Ian Wedgewood , commercial director, UK, ViewSonic told us “Choosing the display is only one part of creating the right technology environment. For us, the starting point is understanding what someone wants to achieve, the challenges they need to solve and where their technology needs to take them in the future. The Solutions Hub gives us somewhere to have those conversations, compare different approaches and bring the right expertise together. We don’t work alone, and our partner ecosystem is an important part of helping customers see the bigger picture and making the process of working with ViewSonic as straightforward as possible.”

ViewSonic has worked with a broad ecosystem of partners to bring the Hub to life. Q-SYS provides control across the space, including content and audio. NowSignage provides content management capabilities and B-Tech AV Mounts has supplied mounting solutions for the displays.

The wider ecosystem also includes GH Networks, Merseyside Paper Supplies, Dalen’s Top-Tec brand, alongside technologies from NovaStar, BrightSign, Lindy and Shure covering areas including processing, digital signage, connectivity and audio.

The Hub will also provide a working space for ViewSonic customers, partners and the wider technology community. Alongside demonstrations and consultancy sessions, it will be used for training, panel discussions, industry events and collaborative workshops, giving organisations an environment in which to explore ideas and technologies together.

Adam Kingshott , marketing manager for the UK and Ireland at ViewSonic, told us “Technology decisions shouldn’t begin and end with specification or price. It’s about finding the right combination of technology, expertise and support to deliver a genuine benefit. We want the Solutions Hub to be somewhere customers and partners can bring us an ambition or a challenge and work with our team to turn that into a solution. It’s a space to experience what’s possible today, but also to have a conversation about what comes next.”

Sustainability will also form part of the conversation around technology selection and long-term value. ViewSonic is embedding sustainability across its value chain, from lower-carbon product design and renewable energy use to supply chain responsibility, employee development and community impact. In 2026, the company achieved an EcoVadis Gold rating.
