Moove Media Launches Digital Double-Deck Bus Ads in Singapore
2026-09-15 · via DailyDOOH
Moove Media, the advertising arm of ComfortDelGro in Singapore, has launched what it calls Southeast Asia's first double-deck bus fitted with a large-format digital landscape screen on its exterior. The company describes it as the largest moving digital out-of-home format in Singapore, with the screen measuring 6.9 metres wide by 0.58 metres tall, a 12:1 ratio.
For operators watching how transit media is moving from static wraps to programmable screens, this is another sign that digital out-of-home vendors are pushing contextual triggers into moving vehicles, not just fixed sites. According to Moove Media, the Dynamic Bus supports day-parting, geo-fencing, weather triggers, and programmatic scheduling, letting advertisers change creative based on time, location, and conditions. The release also notes a hybrid option combining the digital screen with a full bus wrap for advertisers who want constant branding alongside the dynamic content.
The launch builds on Moove Media's 2024 Dynamic Cab product, which put digital screens on taxi tops with similar location and weather-aware targeting. The company says Dynamic Bus now sits alongside In-Cab Displays, Impact Screens at Downtown Line and North East Line MRT stations, Dynamic Rail, and an upcoming Dynamic Hub format using 75-inch portrait displays at rail platforms and bus hubs. Moove Media frames these as a connected transit media network built around what it calls dynamic delivery.
Singtel and DBS are named as launch partners, with Tiger Brokers set to run a campaign shortly after. The announcement does not say which media player or content management platform drives the bus screen's scheduling, nor does it disclose pricing, the number of buses being fitted, or a rollout timeline beyond the initial launch. It also does not specify how weather or geo-fence data feeds into the ad decisioning, information that ad buyers and rival transit media operators will likely want before comparing this against similar moving-DOOH formats elsewhere in the region.

Moove Media Launches Dynamic Bus Advertising
Moove Media Pte Ltd , the advertising arm of ComfortDelGro in Singapore, has launched ‘Dynamic Bus advertising’, described as Southeast Asia’s first double-deck bus equipped with a large-format digital landscape screen on its exterior.
Jeffrey Kwek , Chief Executive Officer of Moove Media, told us “Out-of-home is evolving, and Moove Media is proud to lead that change. Dynamic Bus represents the future of transit advertising where scale, creativity, and digital agility come together. With the Dynamic Bus, we are not just introducing a new format, we are moving beyond traditional reach, combining the scale of mass transit with the precision of digital targeting and bringing out-of-home firmly into the data-driven era.”
This launch represents a pivotal advancement in transit advertising for Singapore, extending beyond traditional exposure by integrating the broad reach of mass transit with the accuracy of digital targeting. It builds upon the achievements of Dynamic Cab advertising (click here) , introduced in 2024, which deployed Singapore’s first taxi-top smart digital billboards capable of delivering dynamic, location-aware content tailored to factors such as time of day and weather conditions.
The Dynamic Bus offers advanced adaptive capabilities such as day-parting, geo-fencing, weather triggers, and programmatic scheduling, enabling advertisers to serve contextually relevant messages based on time, location, and weather. These features empower brands to engage audiences with precision and agility, enhancing the effectiveness of out-of-home campaigns. Advertisers can also opt for a hybrid format by pairing the digital screen with a full bus wrap, combining constant brand visibility with real-time, data-driven storytelling.
The Dynamic Bus is a key component of Moove Media’s broader digital offering, which include other digital formats such as Dynamic Cab, In-Cab Displays, and Impact Screens—large digital displays at Downtown Line and North East Line MRT stations. It also features Dynamic Rail and the upcoming Dynamic Hub, both utilising 75-inch portrait displays across rail platforms and bus hubs. Together, these formats form a connected network of transit media designed to deliver smarter, more adaptive, and accountable advertising. At the heart of this network is dynamic delivery, ensuring that advertisers can reach the right audience, in the right place, at the right time.
Measuring 6.9 metres wide and 0.58 metres tall (12:1 ratio), the screen is the largest moving digital out-of-home format in Singapore.
Moove Media has confirmed Singtel and DBS as launch partners, with Tiger Brokers scheduled to roll out its campaign shortly after.
