Korbyt Adds AI Room-Booking Tools to Anywhere Platform for Law Firms

Korbyt is adding three booking features to its Korbyt Anywhere platform aimed at law firms, and will demonstrate them at ILTACON 2026 in Nashville from August 23-27. The additions are an updated Booking Calendar, an AI booking agent called Concierge AI, and a Booking Add-In for Microsoft 365. Korbyt says all three are available now within Korbyt Anywhere.
For operators running room-booking signage or workplace displays, the relevant piece is how these features connect to what shows up on a meeting room panel outside the door. According to the release, centralized booking is meant to let room signage display occupancy status without exposing client names or case details, which matters for law firms where confidentiality is a selling point to clients. The system also includes a no-show release rule: if nobody checks into a booked room within 15 minutes, it goes back into the pool automatically, which should reduce the number of rooms that show as booked but sit empty.
The Booking Calendar gives administrators a single scrollable view across floors, buildings and offices, with a frozen time header and saved presets for space combinations. Korbyt says it can be piloted with one team before a firm-wide rollout, which is a reasonable way for IT or facilities managers to test it without committing the whole practice.
Concierge AI is the more notable piece. It is a natural-language booking agent inside Korbyt's 5C AI agent suite, working through Microsoft Teams, Outlook or the Korbyt web app. Korbyt says it enforces a firm's own booking rules, such as advance windows and after-hours restrictions, before offering a room, rather than showing options it can't actually book. The company also cites SOC 2 Type II certification and 99.5% uptime, and says the tool uses single sign-on through existing Microsoft credentials with no new infrastructure or additional Microsoft permissions required.
The Booking Add-In for Microsoft 365 puts reservations directly into Outlook, alongside requests for catering, AV or IT support, and captures chargeback and client/matter billing codes, a detail specific to law firm billing practices.
What the announcement does not say is pricing, how the room-status signage itself is deployed or on what hardware, or how Concierge AI's natural-language processing is built or which model powers it. It also does not name any law firm customers currently using these features, only that they will be shown at the ILTACON booth and in a virtual session on August 18. For signage integrators working with corporate or legal clients, the booking-to-display link is the part worth watching as more detail becomes available.
