Jay Wolff Named Chief Growth Officer at Hologram Media Network

2026-09-18 · via DailyDOOH

Jay Wolff has joined Hologram Media Network (HMN) as Chief Growth Officer, the company announced. HMN operates permanently installed Proto Hologram displays in shopping centers, positioning itself as a network for 3D and immersive video advertising in physical retail spaces.

According to the company, its network currently spans 46 shopping centers across 25 states and generates millions of in-person interactions each month. HMN says it works with brands including Coca-Cola, Disney, Starbucks, Journeys, Converse, Warner Bros, Paramount, Spotify and Bath and Body Works. The company also says it plans to expand into movie theaters, stadiums, retail stores and other high-traffic venues.

For operators and media buyers watching the DOOH space, this is a personnel move rather than a technology or network announcement, but it signals where HMN wants to take its commercial strategy. Wolff will lead growth across brand, agency and media partner relationships, with a stated focus on making holographic advertising as simple to plan and buy as standard video campaigns, according to the release. That framing suggests HMN sees programmatic-style buying and easier creative conversion as barriers to wider adoption of hologram inventory among agencies used to buying conventional digital out-of-home.

Wolff's background is in digital video, ad tech and emerging media rather than hologram or physical display technology specifically. He most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at KERV.ai, an AI-powered interactive video company, where the release says he helped take the business from startup through a Series B round. Earlier roles include Chief Revenue Officer at Varick Media, Chief Growth Officer at Boostr, and an early stint at Samba TV building its East Coast revenue operation.

HMN founder and CEO Andrew Felts is quoted in the release saying the company has spent recent years building the technology, network and partnerships needed to make holographic media a scalable advertising platform, and that Wolff's hire is meant to accelerate commercial adoption.

The announcement does not disclose deal terms, specific revenue targets, or a timeline for the stated expansion into theaters, stadiums and additional retail locations. It also does not name new clients beyond the existing brand list or detail how HMN's holographic inventory is priced or measured relative to standard DOOH screens.

For signage and retail media buyers, the appointment is worth noting mainly as a signal that HMN is pushing to sell its network through the same channels and buying processes used for conventional video advertising, rather than as a standalone novelty format.

Jay Wolff has joined Hologram Media Network (HMN), described as the only national spatial advertising network bringing interactive 3D and immersive video experiences into real-world environments, as Chief Growth Officer.

He joins Hologram Media Network as the company builds on significant momentum over the past year, expanding its national footprint and working with leading brands, entertainment companies and media partners including Coke, Disney, Starbucks, Journeys, Converse, Warner Brothers, Paramount, Spotify, Bath and Body Works and others to bring immersive content and advertising experiences to consumers at scale. Hologram Media Network’s permanently installed Proto Hologram displays bring brands, characters, and creators to life in premium physical spaces, creating memorable, real-world experiences consumers can encounter up close.

The network today spans 46 premium shopping centers across 25 states and delivers millions of in-real-life customer interactions monthly through premium, high-impact, owned-and-operated video inventory exclusively available through Hologram Media Network. In his new role, he will lead their commercial growth strategy, expanding relationships across brands, agencies and media partners while helping establish holographic media as a new component of the modern video media mix. A key focus will be making interactive 3D and IRL immersive video advertising as easy for marketers and agencies to plan, buy and execute as traditional video, giving brands a turnkey way to transform existing creative into memorable, real-world experiences.

Andrew Felts , Founder and CEO of Hologram Media Network told us “We’ve spent the past several years building the technology, network, and partnerships required to make holographic media a scalable advertising platform. As consumer behavior is changing rapidly, brands are telling us that just getting attention is not the bar. Today it’s all about creating a connection. We built HMN to deliver this elusive combination: premium audiences, unforgettable content experiences, and national scale. Jay joining HMN represents an important next step. He understands how emerging media channels become meaningful parts of marketers’ strategies, and he brings the relationships, experience and vision to help us accelerate that transition.”

He brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling businesses across digital advertising, video, commerce and emerging media. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at KERV.ai, where he led revenue and operational growth for the AI-powered interactive and commerce video company, successfully taking the company from startup to Series B. Before that, he served as Chief Revenue Officer of Varick Media and Chief Growth Officer at Boostr. As an early employee and Regional Vice President at Samba TV, he helped build the company’s East Coast market and revenue organization from the ground up.
