GSTV Names Claire Wyatt as Chief Growth Officer

2026-10-23 · via DailyDOOH

GSTV has named Claire Wyatt as Chief Growth Officer, bringing a retail media veteran into the fuel-pump and convenience store screen network as it pushes further into partnerships with retail media networks.

According to the announcement, Wyatt will oversee GSTV's growth strategy, corporate development, strategic partnerships and what the company calls key value creation initiatives. She will report to GSTV's new CEO Eric Kozik and sit on the company's Senior Leadership Team, leading the retailer partnerships and retailer strategy and operations teams.

For an industry built on convenience store and gas station screens, the hire signals where GSTV wants to grow next: deeper ties to retail media networks and the retailers that run them. The announcement says her mandate includes deepening partnerships with major retail media networks, helping convenience retailers build and grow their own media businesses, and expanding data and inventory partnerships for advertisers and retail partners.

Wyatt's background spans both sides of the retail media business. Most recently at The Trade Desk, she led Retail Sector Sales for North America and the Walmart DSP, working with what the release describes as nearly every major U.S. retailer to help them sell ads beyond their own sites. Before that, she was VP of Business Strategy and Marketing Science at Albertsons Media Collective, where she helped launch that retail media network in 2022 and build its measurement and audience targeting tools. Earlier, she oversaw reporting, insights and analytics for more than $600 million in ad spend at Target's Roundel, according to the announcement, with prior stints at Ovative Group and Dunnhumby.

Kozik is quoted saying GSTV has "set a clear direction for GSTV's next phase in retail media" and that Wyatt's job is to "turn that strategy into a business." He points to her experience on both the retailer and platform sides as the reason she is positioned to help with what he calls the company's next chapter of growth.

The announcement does not detail specific retail media network deals, financial terms, or a timeline for the initiatives Wyatt will lead. It also does not specify how this growth push will affect GSTV's existing convenience retailer partners or advertiser base in the near term.

For operators watching the retail media space, the move is another sign that out-of-home convenience networks are courting talent from the e-commerce and big-box retail media world, where ad-tech sales and measurement expertise built at companies like The Trade Desk and Albertsons is increasingly seen as transferable to physical retail screens.

Wyatt was recently named a Business Excellence winner in the Path to Purchase Institute's 2026 Women of Excellence awards and a Commerce Media Maven in AdExchanger's 2026 Top Women in Media & Ad Tech, the announcement notes, along with earlier 40 Under 40 recognitions in 2023.
