Cocktail Vision & TOUTDOOH Join Perion's SSP for Programmatic DOOH Buying

2026-09-30 · via DailyDOOH

French out-of-home operator Cocktail Vision and its TOUTDOOH network are putting their full inventory onto Perion's supply-side platform, giving programmatic buyers access to 630 proprietary screens positioned on major roads and in urban hubs across France, according to the companies.

For buyers, the deal means another chunk of premium DOOH inventory becomes available through programmatic channels rather than requiring direct or agency-negotiated deals. Perion (NASDAQ & TASE: PERI) operates as an SSP connecting publishers and ad inventory owners to demand-side platforms and buyers, so the integration is a distribution and demand play rather than a technology or hardware change for the screens themselves.

Cédric Van Acker, Commercial Director at Cocktail Vision and TOUTDOOH, said the move opens the network's premium screens to a broader range of programmatic buyers. "It gives advertisers easier access to our national footprint while helping us connect our inventory with more global demand," he said, according to the release.

The network says it already carries campaigns for brands including IKEA, Carrefour, Audi and Decathlon, and states it won first prize at the DOOH Awards 2025. The announcement does not specify what screen types or locations make up the 630-screen count beyond "major roads and urban hubs," nor does it detail pricing, targeting data sources, or when the integration goes live.

For operators watching the programmatic DOOH space, this is another example of a national or regional network choosing to plug into an existing SSP rather than build or maintain its own programmatic sales infrastructure. That is a increasingly common route for out-of-home networks that want access to global ad-tech demand without standing up their own buyer relationships. It also adds to Perion's roster of DOOH supply, positioning the company against other SSPs and exchanges competing for the same inventory and buyer budgets in the European out-of-home market.

What the announcement does not address is measurement or verification standards for the inventory once it moves through programmatic channels, which is typically a key question for agencies and brands weighing direct versus programmatic DOOH buys. It also does not say whether the full 630-screen network was previously available through other programmatic partners or exchanges, or whether this is an exclusive arrangement with Perion.

For screen operators elsewhere, the deal is a reminder that programmatic access is becoming a baseline expectation for premium DOOH networks courting advertiser budgets, alongside direct sales relationships already in place with brands such as IKEA, Carrefour, Audi and Decathlon.
