Big Happy and Veridooh Launch Verified CPM Pricing for US DOOH
2026-08-25 · via invidis

Adtech platform Big Happy has partnered with independent out-of-home verification provider Veridooh to launch a verified cost-per-thousand impressions (VCPM) option for US digital out-of-home campaigns. Advertisers can now choose to pay only for plays and impressions that Veridooh independently confirms as valid, rather than relying solely on delivery data supplied by media owners or their content management systems.
For operators and network owners, this matters because it introduces a payment model tied directly to third-party verification rather than self-reported play logs. Big Happy says it is the first Veridooh partner to transact using this independently verified delivery data, and describes the move as bringing DOOH closer to the accountability standards already common in digital and mobile advertising.
Advertisers buying through Big Happy can still choose standard CPM pricing or opt for the premium VCPM tier. Under VCPM, according to the companies, advertisers pay only for verified plays and impressions, which they say reduces wasted spend.
Veridooh's verification runs on its SmartCreative technology, which the company says collects campaign data independently of media owner systems, tracking metrics such as play counts, exposure time and creative execution. Veridooh says its platform generates more than 400 campaign delivery metrics in total. Big Happy will also get access to Veridooh's broader programmatic DOOH suite, covering verification, collaboration, insights and intelligence tools that let buyers flag valid and invalid plays during and after a campaign runs.
The announcement does not specify pricing differences between standard and verified CPM tiers, nor does it name which media owners or networks are included in the initial rollout. It also does not say how disputes between media owner reporting and Veridooh's independent figures would be resolved.
For screen operators, the shift toward third-party verified metrics could mean more scrutiny of reported play data and potentially lower effective CPMs if verification finds discrepancies. Big Happy says the VCPM option is now available across its US DOOH campaigns generally, without further detail on timing or scale of adoption.

New York-based adtech platform Big Happy has partnered with independent OoH verification provider Veridooh to introduce a verified cost-per-thousand impressions option for US DooH campaigns.
Big Happy says it is the first Veridooh partner to transact using independently verified campaign delivery data. Advertisers can continue buying campaigns on a standard CPM basis or select premium VCPM pricing, under which they pay only for plays and impressions verified as valid.
The model is designed to give DooH buyers accountability similar to that offered across digital and mobile advertising, where independent verification is more widely established.
“By partnering with Veridooh to launch a VCPM offering, we can give advertisers the option to pay only for valid, independently verified impressions,” Big Happy Chief Revenue Officer Gabby Stoller said. “That prevents wasted ad spend, maximizes ROI and helps DooH earn a bigger seat at the table.”
Big Happy will also gain access to Veridooh’s programmatic DooH suite, including its Verification, Collaborate, Insights and Intelligence products. The tools provide an independent data layer across campaign planning, activation and measurement, allowing users to identify valid and invalid plays and make adjustments during and after campaigns.
Veridooh uses its proprietary SmartCreative technology to collect campaign data independently rather than relying on information supplied by media owners or their content management systems. Its platform tracks metrics including play counts, exposure time and creative execution. V eridooh says its technology provides more than 400 campaign delivery metrics.
“This is pioneering within the industry, as clients will now have the confidence that they will only pay for what is verified,” said Mo Moubayed, co-founder and co-CEO of Veridooh.
The VCPM option will be available across Big Happy’s US DooH campaigns.
